If Agent Pets isn’t right for you, you can have your money back within 14 days of purchase. No questions asked.
How to ask for a refund
Within 14 days of your purchase, either:
- email support@getagentpets.com from the address you used at checkout (or include your order number), or
- contact Dodo Payments, the merchant of record that processed your order.
You don’t need to give a reason.
What happens next
The full amount you paid, including any tax charged, is refunded through Dodo Payments to your original payment method. How long it takes to appear depends on your bank or card issuer.
When the refund is issued, your license key is disabled, and Agent Pets locks in each browser at its next license check. To remove it completely, run npx getagentpets uninstall and remove the extension from chrome://extensions.
After 14 days
If something is wrong after the 14 days, write to us anyway and we’ll do our best to help. This policy doesn’t affect any rights you have under the consumer laws of your country.
